Pudding Pie

For picky pie eaters everywhere *ahem* my stepdad, Jon. :) 
single pie crust (you can easily use a store-bought one, but we usually have some extra dough or frozen homemade crusts on hand)
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c milk
2 c whipped cream

* Flour for rolling crust
*optional: coca, chocolate syrup, coconut, or chocolate flakes to garnish

Heat oven to 375o F.

Roll out the pie crust and place in pie pan. Poke holes with a fork. Bake for 30-35 min or until golden brown. Let cool.

When the crust has cooled, make the chocolate pudding according to directions on the package and pour into the pie crust. Let the pudding set.

Then, top with whipped cream and any additional garnishes. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
