splash of lemon juice
2 tbs. craisins or raisins
2 tbs. plain yogurt
cinnamon
*optional: granola, or nuts
Core and dice your apple into bite-sized pieces. Place in a medium-sized bowl and coat with lemon juice. Add in craisins or raisins and yogurt. Toss to combine.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve with granola if you’d like.
