*For burgers, I like to buy the leanest beef possible. It’s a bit more expensive but soo much better and it doesn’t shrink when you cook it.
Heat oven to 425 o F.
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Slice the potato(es) in wedges. Place wedges on the lined sheet. Coat them with olive oil and salt them. Bake for 20—40 min. until golden brown.
While the fries are baking, mix the ingredients for your burgers together with your hands. Form into 4 patties. When fries are near their end time, put burgers on the grill.
When the fries are done, sprinkle with more salt if you’d like. Put hamburgers on buns with cheese, lettuce, ketchup, barbeque sauce or a fried egg. Serve with fries and a side of ketchup.
